Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership on Saturdays and Sundays in our Nagel Assisted Living & Memory Care setting in Waconia, MN. This part-time role supports day shift coverage and delivers compassionate, resident-centered care.

You'll administer medications, conduct resident assessments, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support during the day shift.
• Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments with safe practices.
• Develop and oversee individualized service plans and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor caregivers and provide clinical support, coaching, and education.
• Participate in admissions, care conferences, and resident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and community policies.
• Help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and after-hours decisions.

Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour DOE + $1.00/hour Weekend Differential

Compensation & Benefits
