Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking a Weekend Caregiver / Nursing Assistant (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) for Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia, MN. This part-time, every-other-weekend role offers day shifts and a pay range of $19–$25 per hour, plus evenings/overnight differentials.

You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care, assist with ADLs, promote safety, and help residents maintain independence. Experience in senior living is preferred and teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA or caregiver preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication and reliability are valued.
• Ability to commit to an every-other-weekend schedule.

• Provide resident-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist with ADLs including mobility, transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Support resident safety while promoting independence and dignity.

Schedule: Part-Time, Every Other Weekend, Day Shift

Pay Range: $19 to $25 per hour

Shift Differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings, +$1.75/hour overnights
