Job summary

Cura Health in Minnesota seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide attentive nursing support in a skilled nursing setting. You will apply clinical judgment, partner with families, and support safe, consistent care.

Responsibilities include compassionate care, resident assessments, accurate documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Must be on-site, with an active RN license; prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Able to work on-site.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with medication administration, patient assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with medication pass procedures and care-plan documentation practices.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with residents, families, and care teams.
• Ability to lift or reposition residents, assist with transfers, and stand or walk for extended periods.
