Job summary

Harborview Health Center Kissimmee is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time night shift (7pm-7am) at our skilled nursing facility. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, and ensure timely assessments and documentation to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• IV Certification is required or preferred for IV therapy duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
