Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Adult Psychiatry unit at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. The role is part-time (32 hours per week) with an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and rotating weekends/holidays.

Candidates must hold IL licensure, have NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR certification. BSN is strongly preferred; psychiatry experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certifications; American Heart Association.
• Adult Psychiatry Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need:

• License:Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
