Job summary

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a day shift travel assignment in the United States. The position offers a $65/hr rate for a fast-paced ED serving adult and pediatric patients.

Candidates must have ED experience, be willing to work a 3x12 day shift with every other weekend, and complete 24 hours of orientation. Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center experience are preferred, along with ACLS/BLS and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Emergency Department experience.
• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center.
• Adult and pediatric Emergency Department experience.
• Epic System implementation and use.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Department nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver care to adult and pediatric patients as part of travel assignment.
• Adhere to shift schedule: Day Shift 3x12 and every other weekend.
• Maintain required patient-to-nurse ratios (1:5).
• Complete unit orientation (24 hours).
