Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while documenting and educating patients and families.

You will communicate with the care team and advocate for patients, ensuring goal-based, safe care. Circulation in the procedure room and monthly on-call shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
• Acts as a patient advocate while utilizing the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate goal focused, individualized, safe, age specific care for all patients including those with complex pathophysiological needs and/or psychosocial needs.
• RN will be required to learn to circulate in the procedure room
• On call shifts on rotation once a month
