  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in the emergency department
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance clinical skills
