Position Summary

The ED RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves meeting the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of patients and families, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient condition and response to treatment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a compact state
• BLS certification required
