Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – FT Nights

HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast has served Southeast Harris County for 55 years, with 364 licensed beds, a NICU, an Advanced Wound Care Center, and full hospital services. It is part of the HCA Houston Healthcare network, which includes 17 hospitals, outpatient centers, emergency centers, and diagnostic facilities across Houston, Corpus Christi, and South Texas.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate nursing care and participate in patient and family education.
2. Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain high standards of nursing practice.
3. Engage in performance improvement activities to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
4. Maintain cultural awareness in interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
5. Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment.
6. Align departmental responsibilities with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree (BSN) preferred.
• Certification in BLS/BLCLS, ACLS, and PALS from recognized organizations.
• CPI and TNCC certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of one year emergency department experience in an acute care setting.
