Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Kansas City area is seeking an experienced RN in Emergency Department to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced level II trauma center. You will work MID SHIFT; 3 12-hour shifts with high volume and exposure to a wide range of emergencies.
You will coordinate care with providers, assess pain, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with certifications.
$10,000 Sign On Bonus for experienced RNs. This bonus is for eligible candidates and cannot be combined with other bonuses or HCA loans/scholarships.

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
