Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual shifts, including nights and days, under a 3-4 shifts per month policy with two weekends and holiday requirements.

You will deliver patient care using the Nursing Process, guide patient teaching, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Flexibility to work across units and shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Lead and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Assume a lead role in patient teaching.
• Place the patient at the center of care practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and desired outcomes.
• May work in other units or shifts based on staffing, patient needs, and acuity.
