Job summary

Complete Care at Maple Grove in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 2nd shift full-time and 2nd/3rd shift part-time positions. We value clinical excellence, compassion, and a family-like workplace where you practice at the top of your license.

You will perform high-level patient assessments, accurate medication administration, and collaborate with MDs, therapists, and nursing leadership to deliver the Complete Care standard.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.

• Ability to collaborate in a team with physicians, therapists, and nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-level patient assessments and interventions with meticulous documentation.
• Transcribe physician orders with fidelity and manage complex medication administration.
• Liaise with pharmacy partners to ensure seamless delivery of orders and changes.
• Collaborate with MDs, therapists, and nursing leadership to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Uphold the Complete Care standard of dignity and medical excellence for residents.
