Complete Care Management in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite clinical team on the third shift full-time, with part-time first shift opportunities. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Proven leadership ability to guide a nursing team.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings preferred.
• Commitment to high quality standards and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring 5-star care standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Transcribe physician orders to MARs and manage pharmacy notifications for adjustments.
• Safely prepare and administer medications and complex treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and therapy teams to update care plans.
