Job summary

Complete Care in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite clinical team on third shift. This full-time role focuses on clinical leadership, accurate documentation, and high-quality geriatric care for our residents.

You will mentor LPNs and CNAs, coordinate with physicians and therapy staff, and support individualized care plans. Wisconsin RN license required; we offer competitive wages, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and a family-centered culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and act as a primary point of contact for residents and families.

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and therapy staff to update and implement individualized care plans.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with the Director of Nursing and therapy teams to update and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience: Long‑term care or sub‑acute experience is preferred, but we welcome all nurses passionate about geriatric care.
