HCA Florida Ocala Summerfield - FSER is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting. • Active Florida RN license or multi-state license with Florida license within 60 days after relocation.
• RN license required to practice and meet state requirements for Florida.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS, ENPC, and NRP within stated deadlines.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassess after interventions.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider and document in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
• Guide patients and families on post-discharge self-management, diet, exercise, and prevention.
