• 1+ years RN experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to meet job responsibilities
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgical units, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues
• Update and manage patient records
• Enter and interpret computerized data/information
• Follow guidelines and policies established by SEMC's nursing organization
• Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
