Atlantic Health System in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in patient care. You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients and contribute to comprehensive care plans during shifts across our facilities.

The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, NJ RN licensure, and BLS certification. preferred candidates may have BSN/ACLS and 1+ year of experience in nursing to support advancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Administers medications and monitors patients for side effects.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors and records patient symptoms or changes in condition.
• Assesses and plans nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Records vital signs and medical information.
