The ideal candidate will monitor patients, administer medications, and contribute to care plans while adhering to safety and quality standards across units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS & NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
