Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in New Jersey, delivering comprehensive nursing care in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining records, and coordinating with physicians and care teams to implement comprehensive care plans.

Required RN licensure and BLS, with preferred BSN and 2+ years in Labor & Delivery; C-EFM and ACLS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: BSN; ASN must complete BSN within five years; MSN or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience; C-EFM & ACLS certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
