Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care following policies and protocols.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient condition.
• Acts as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders; coordinates discharge planning.
