Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a day shift. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care while supervising staff and ensuring outcomes per unit standards.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, adherence to safety policies, and participation in emergency response and incident command as needed. A BSN preferred with current Texas RN licensure and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in state of practice
• Recent acute care experience preferred
• AHA BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients per shift.
• Supervise and coordinate care with staff as delegated by the CNO.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
• Respond to emergencies and execute hospital incident command roles as needed.
