Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensed.
• ADN is required; BSN is preferred.
• Must meet state practice act requirements and maintain CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques.
• Documents care and maintains patient records according to standards.
• Develops, initiates, and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team for patient safety.
