Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care, administer medications, and develop and execute individualized care plans. The role collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care across units.
You will document care, participate in performance improvement activities, and educate patients and families while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional standards.
This role provides patient care by checking patients’ needs, giving medications and treatments, creating care plans, and recording all care provided. The nurse works with doctors and other healthcare staff, teaches patients and families, makes decisions to keep patients safe, and helps improve the quality of care.
