Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policies.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Develops and executes patient care plans and goals.
• Educates patients and families to support understanding and adherence.
