The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Ellis Ctr in Ellis, KS delivers individualized nursing care using the full nursing process across resident care needs. You will coordinate care, educate residents and families, and work with an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities may include serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks within licensure scope. Must comply with state nursing rules and professional ethics.

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident care, assess needs, educate residents and families, and collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act, standards, and ethical guidelines.
