Job summary

The Lowell General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway in the R4 Med Surg Unit at Saints Campus. This full-time role provides professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.

Care responsibilities include assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; supervising lower-level staff; and contributing to patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Experience level determined by career pathway level I–IV.
• BSN preferred for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to patients and families per policies.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Oversees design and delivery of care processes and policies.
