Viability, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Day Habilitation Program in West Springfield, MA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a starting rate of $40.00 per hour.

The Health Services Specialist 5 will oversee medication administration, G-tube feeding, and clinical duties per service plans, while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. The role includes health assessments, program development, and supervision of nursing staff, with benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must hold a MA RN License.
• One year of human service experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• The Health Services Specialist 5 is responsible for medication administration, G-tube feeding, other nursing duties as described in individual service plans, and documentation of all prescribed medication for members.
• Responsible for assessing and attending to member’s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs.
• The RN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met, works in accordance with regulatory and medical requirements, and provides supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.
