Job summary

Viability, Inc. in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Health Services team. The role includes medication administration, G-tube feeding, and other nursing duties per individual service plans, with supervision of nursing staff.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, starting at $40.00 per hour. MA RN license and one year of human service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a MA RN license.
• One year of human service experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document prescribed medications for members per service plans.
• Manage G-tube feeding and other nursing duties.
• Assess and address members' health concerns; develop and implement therapeutic programs.
• Ensure programmatic and contractual obligations are met; comply with regulatory and medical requirements.
• Provide supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.

Summary:

• The Health Services Specialist 5 is responsible for medication administration, G-tube feeding, other nursing duties as described in individual service plans, and documentation of all prescribed medication for members. Responsible for assessing and attending to member’s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The RN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met, works in accordance with regulatory and medical requirements, and provides supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.
  

Qualifications:
