Job summary

VIABILITY, Inc in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Day Habilitation Program. This full-time role covers medication administration, G-tube feeding, and other nursing duties per individual service plans, with documentation of all medications and health concerns.

You will develop and implement therapeutic programs and supervise nursing staff to ensure regulatory compliance. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a starting pay rate of $40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a MA RN License.
• One year of human service experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee medication administration.
• G-tube feeding and other nursing duties per individual service plans.
• Document all prescribed medications for members.
• Assess and address members' health concerns and implement therapeutic programs.
• Provide supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.
