Qualifications

• Ohio RN licensure is required.

• Supervisory experience of STNA's and unlicensed caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to residents in a nursing facility.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Explain procedures to residents to gain cooperation and understanding.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during treatment and examination.
• Document nursing histories and assessments.
• Observe residents and notify physician of changes or incidents.
• Supervise STNA's and unlicensed caregivers.
