Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking a qualified RN for the CVPICU with a minimum of 2 years' dedicated CVPICU experience at a children’s hospital. You will provide high-acuity care for pediatric patients with cardiac conditions during 3x12 hour night shifts, every other week.

Certification requirements include BLS, PALS and ACLS. Occasional floating to NICU/TICU/PICU/CICU across multiple campuses may be needed to support the intensive care teams.

• Ability to provide high-acuity pediatric cardiac care.
• Familiar with NICU/TICU/PICU/CICU settings.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular pediatric intensive care unit (CVPICU) experience is required. This experience must be obtained at a dedicated children’s facility, not simply from caring for pediatric patients in a general population setting.

Float Assignments

Occasional floating may be required, though infrequent, to the intensive care units at multiple campuses, including neonatal ICU (NICU), trauma ICU (TICU), pediatric ICU (PICU), and cardiac ICU (CICU). Floating to general pediatrics units may also be necessary.
