Job summary

Shriners Children’s in Lexington, KY seeks a compassionate registered nurse to provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a specialized hospital setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires RN license in the state, BLS certification, and ideally BSN with acute care experience; the team delivers family-centered care across a broad range of services. We support clinical, education and research pathways within a leading pediatric system.

Qualifications

• RN license in Kentucky; BLS certification required.
• BSN degree preferred; 2 years acute care nursing experience preferred.

• Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
• Evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes
• Applies the principles of professional codes of ethics that ensure individual rights in all areas of practice
