Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a corrections setting in Leavenworth, KS. Local or travel contract, 36-hour work week (3x12), with days or nights and potential float between hospital and jail units.

Requirements include an active Kansas RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of psychiatric experience within the last 3 years, plus an updated resume and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year psych experience within the last 3 years.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Current Kansas or Compact RN license.
• Updated resume.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Float between hospital and jail units to deliver nursing care.
• Provide patient care in a corrections environment.
• Follow safety, security and facility protocols.
