How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Hands-on Patient Care: Deliver direct, compassionate care and carry out doctor orders following all hospital safety guidelines.

• Patient Monitoring & Care Plans: Track health progress, update care plans, and keep the team informed of any changes in patient condition.

• Team Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between doctors, therapists, and specialists to keep care seamless and organized.

• Discharge Support: Assess patient needs early and work with the team to ensure a safe, smooth transition back home or to follow-up care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
