Job summary

Pathway Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Consultant (RN) to deliver on‑site professional consulting services for post‑acute and aging services clients. You will assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes, while identifying training needs and conducting staff in‑services.

The role requires an active RN license, willingness to travel across MN and WI, and at least 1 year in long‑term care with leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Current RN license held and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of long‑term care experience (management preferred).
• Willingness to travel across MN & WI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
