Job summary

Pathway Health Services is seeking experienced RNs for travel interim leadership opportunities as Nurse Consultants. On-site professional consulting for post-acute and aging services clients, influencing improvements across organizations in need of healthcare expertise.

Eligible candidates have an active RN license (NLC/Compact) and MN RN eligibility, with at least 1 year in long-term care and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Travel across MN and WI is required.

Qualifications

• RN license required (NLC/Compact) and MN RN eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience, management preferred.
• Willingness to travel across MN & WI.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
