Job summary

Pathway Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel interim leadership opportunities as Nurse Consultants. You will provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, delivering impactful guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management preferred)

• Willingness to travel throughout MN & WI

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
