Job summary

Pathway Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Consultant to provide on-site consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Ideal candidates will have a current Wisconsin RN license, strong leadership skills, and a background in long-term care. You will be integral in implementing systems, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License (RN NCL).
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
• Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.
