Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in Missouri or a compact license.
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care, preferably in management.
• Capable of assessing and developing care systems for clients.

• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Current MO or compact RN license (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
• Flexibility for travel throughout MO.
