Qualifications

• Active RN license (MN) and Compact RN license (NLC) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of long‑term care experience; management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
