Pathway Health is seeking an experienced RN for travel interim leadership opportunities as a Nurse Consultant. You will deliver on-site professional consulting to post-acute and aging services clients, shaping systems, training staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an Iowa RN license, have at least 1 year of long-term care experience (management preferred), and can travel across Missouri to support client sites.

Formación

• Current IA RN license and active practice.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to travel throughout MO and provide on-site consulting services.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within client-defined scope of work.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
