Job summary

Pathway Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our Nurse Consultant team for on-site travel leadership roles across Missouri. You will provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, shaping processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, travel flexibility, and a focus on improving client outcomes through training, policy guidance, and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license required (RN NCL).
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience; management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance within scope of work defined by client.
