Job summary

Pathway Health in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Nurse Consultant (RN) for exciting travel interim leadership opportunities. In this role, you'll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a significant impact in healthcare organizations.

You will assess and develop systems for clients, conduct staff training, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates must hold a current Compact RN License and have at least one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience, preferably in management.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to assess, plan, develop, and implement systems for clients.
