Job summary

Pathway Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel interim leadership opportunities as Nurse Consultant to provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

You will assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients, identify training needs, maintain current knowledge of regulations, and guide within the client-defined scope while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Current MO or compact RN license (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
• Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Guide within the scope of work defined by the client.
