Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care in collaboration with other departments. The role emphasizes accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Ideal candidates will hold an RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, plus a nursing degree (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and Basic Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
