Job summary

Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH, is seeking registered nurses to deliver patient care using the nursing process. You will participate in data collection, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, coordinating care with the health team.

As part of a collaborative care team, you will administer medications safely, support patient teaching, and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred (American Heart Association).
• RN must meet education requirements listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and planning of care.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policies.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination across departments.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
