Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health's St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH is seeking a part-time ICU (Critical Care) RN for night shifts. You will deliver high-acuity nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and implement patient care plans.

Requirements include 1 year RN experience (6 months in ICU/Med/Surg or ED preferred), active RN licensure, and BSN preferred. BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are recommended. This role is part-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or ED preferred
• BSN preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conducts and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness
• Synthesizes and prioritizes information to take decisive, evidence-based actions
• Anticipates and responds to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policies
