Job summary

Community Memorial Health System seeks a Clinic RN to provide professional nursing care in a clinic setting, coordinating care with medical staff and other hospital disciplines to ensure smooth patient flow. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and interacts with front and back office staff.

Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license with BLS and ACLS, with BSN preferred and experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings. Bilingual Spanish/English and CPT/ICD9 knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current CA Registered Nurse License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• BSN preferred.
• Previous medical office, urgent care or clinic experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD9, DNV, state funded programs, HMO and Medi-Cal.
• 12 months Nursing Procedure Skills experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Ambulatory or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50.75 - $78.45 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

The Clinic RN renders professional nursing care to patients in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. This position organizes and coordinates patient care planning with other hospital disciplines. The Clinic RN reports to the Clinic Manager and interfaces with front office and back office staff to assure patient flow in the back office of the clinic.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current CA Registered Nurse License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
