Job summary

AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with operating room experience to join the Day shift team and deliver high-quality perioperative care. You will assess patient needs, plan and execute care, and document meticulously.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, and have at least 1 year of OR experience. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at hire.
• Minimum 1 year operating room experience at hire.
• Current Florida RN license at hire.
• ACLS and BLS certifications current at hire and renewed quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality perioperative care.
• Develops and communicates a perioperative plan of care with patient and family.
• Implements medical and nursing plans of care with appropriate skills and judgment.
• Evaluates care and patient responses to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care provided in the OR.

The Expertise And Experiences You’ll Need To Succeed

$32.76 - $57.47
